Three stars from the NY Times, and Newsday for this contemporary American restaurant featuring local, seasonal cuisine emphasizing local ingredients. Bistro M was rated as one of the top restaurants in 2004/2005 on Long Island. The chef, Mitchell SuDock was trained in some of Manhattan's finest restaurants and has been called "one of the best chef's on the island" by Joanne Starkey of The New York Times as well as Peter Gianotti of Newsday who called the restaurant "a destination for new American cuisine."
