We’ll have fun pairing New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with Australian Chardonnay—and imagine Barossa Shiraz lined up against Gimblett Gravels Syrah! Spectacular Pinot Noirs join the scrum next to dishes from shrimp off the Barbie to fresh veggies, beef, and lamb.
