Kwamé , a talented artist, songwriter and producer releases The Different Kids, a self produced, high-energy project that cements Kwamé’s status as one of hip-hop’s most  versatile and visionary creatives. The album blends old-school soul, futuristic funk, social  commentary, and nostalgic flair—all anchored by his signature lyrical dexterity.  

Kwamé first emerged on the music scene at large in 1989 at the age of 16 Writing  and producing one of Hip Hop's classic albums, “The Boy Genius “ and “A day in the  life” along with classic songs such as the Rhythm and Ownlee Eue, Selling over 3  million records. 

Born in Queens, New York, Kwamé was surrounded by and got his start with Hip Hop  legends such as Dana Dane , Salt & Peppa and Kid n Play .  

Kwamé is also a fashion trend setter sparking the Polka Dot Craze   

As a producer/ songwriter, Kwamé has produced on many multi platinum albums  garnering over 40 Million sales and has # 1 singles such as ”On Fire" by G Units Lloyd  Banks and Will Smiths "Switch" and Vivian Green’s “Get Right Back To My Baby”   

Kwame has also produced tracks for Mary J Blige, Missy Elliott , LL Cool J, Christina  Aguliera, Vivian Green, Method Man, Talib Kweli, Mya, Fantasia, Lloyd Banks ,  Eminem ,Tweet ,Missy Elliott , 50 cent , Raheem Devaughn to name a few. 

Kwame is also involved with numerous scores for television and film .    

Currently Kwame owns and operates MAKE NOISE RECORDINGS distributed by Virgin  / Universal Music Group / SRC-ILS. Kwamé signed & produces R&B Star Vivian Green  . Vivian & Make Noise has garnered 5 top 10 adult R&B hits including the #1 single  “Get Right Back To My Baby “.
